Coord Picker Tool

This tool allows you to retrieve coordinates of your spots in order to prepare your data for gelmap.

Simply select your gel image and add your spot. The first click will set the coordinates for your first spot and append them to a coordinate list on the right side of the screen. To add another spot, just keep on clicking the spots. If you want to change a spot, just click on the marker and it will get a red border. Now you can click anywhere else to set new coordinates.
